Cheques take a minimum of 7 working days to clear from banking date, the fact

that the cash may have cleared from your bank doesn't mean it's in ours!

Overseas customers can also pay by bank transfer.

Overseas sales notes

Note: All parts that we sell are designed for British cars,

the majority will fit most European models,

but the onus is on overseas customers to

establish that they will be suitable for their cars.

Carriage is not refundable on any overseas

orders for any reason.

Where payment for goods is made by bank transfer & we have to make

a refund, this will be done by company cheque.

VAT: Some prices on this site are inclusive of vat, some are not

this is clearly shown on relevant pages.

Overseas customers outside the EEC do not pay the vat providing the

goods are shipped directly to them.

NOTE:

All goods are sold under our standard terms of trading, copies available on request.

Under the "Distance Selling" regulations of October 31st 2000

customers have the right to a 7 working day "cooling off" period,

during that period they have the right to return goods .

Special order items are not returnable.

Note that any carriage charges relating to the supply or the

return of said goods will not be refunded to the customer.
