Each hose is manufactured from Bonded Kevlar Reinforced EPDM and finish coated to the desired colour thus maintaining the maximum protection under load, with added benefit of attractive under bonnet styling.

EPDM is an inorganic polymer and superb for Coolant and Air hose. It has excellent resistance to weathering , Ozone , Heat , Water , Steam , Glycol ether and Brake Fluid. It is extremely durable and suitable for use up to 250 degrees Celsius - ideal for use in the harsh under bonnet conditions.

Kevlar composite fibres are used to give a maximum burst pressure exceeding by far the conditions found in the most modified forced induction competition engines (150 PSI / 10.36 BAR @90mm internal diameter) The Fibre reinforced composite material allows the manufacture of shapes and bore size changes not possible with traditional silicon based construction.

This very special and unique compound allows the formed metal pipe work and short rubber cuffs and clips to be replaced with a SINGLE hose. The result is quite remarkable with the engine bay suddenly taking on a neatly styled appearance any owner would be proud of.
