Lowering springs are available to fit to std shock absorbers

providing they are in good condition, fitting them with worn dampers

may make the handling worse as the shocks may not cope with the

increased spring rates!

The lowest you can safely go on most standard shock absorbers is

minus 40mm, after that you need to fit short stroke shocks.
